Fantastic team - Ray White Rochedale

We cannot thank enough for their friendly and professional support/ service for renting our 2nd property in Daisy Hill. We were under enormous pressure to empty the residential property within 2 weeks because of BOQ's lazy service (lost 1 week). David K, Sumayya B, Fionna C for prompt responses and actions to complete all To-Do-List by the deadline. 1) Good communication and clear guidelines for preparation i.e. paperwork, keys, certificates etc. 2) Always supportive and friendly throughout the process. 3) Quickly arranged yard mowing. We will continue to use their services and hopefully we will arrange another one when we are ready to buy 1 more. Cheers, Hugh

Varied experience

Initially I was not very happy with Ray White as they seemed to have a fair amount of churn on the assigned manager for the property. More recently the experience has been much better with the manager who is currently taking care of things. She has a good understanding of the market and follows up appropriately on decisions needing my input
