I commend Jason's energy, I know he handles many listings but I felt like he was only selling mine. Jason never gave an impression that he was too busy or overwhelmed. I commend his transparency throughout the whole process, when there were challenges and risks he's upfront and works diligently to mitigate them with you. Jason and his team are excellent communicators. I like the fact that Jason would rather call than text. Jason exceeded my expectations in a sales agent and at the end we're very pleased with the results, with not just the price but the with the terms and timing of the sale. I can tell Jason loves what he does, this isn't just a job for him and this is the reason why we picked him.
