I have to say, the entire selling experience with Jason is far beyond our expectations. I mean Jason is always the superstar in the community and we have heard the good words from our friends and neighbours. And after we been thought the selling process with Jason, we then realised how professional he is. When we decided to sell, we have consulted all the bigger agencies. Only Jason provided a realistic non-biased opinion without giving us any pressure. Not like other agencies just wanted me to sign the form today and be locked in with them. We are very busy with our work and a five-year-old boy, we simply don’t have the time to arrange all kinds of services for selling process: electrician, painter, handyman, staging etc. … you name it. Jason and his team have helped us to manage ALL the services for us from repairing to staging! We hardly did anything at all for the entire selling process! Also the most importantly, the selling price. I would say if I had chosen any other agents handling our house, we might be getting far less than the price we got today!
