My experience with Riley Neaton and Ray White Rockhampton have exceeded expectation from start to finish. I initially contacted Riley just to gain some insight into what I may prospectively receive for the sale of my current home, whilst seeking his advice on a property we were considering to purchase; a request he potentially stood to gain nothing from. Riley took my call after business hours & rescheduled his day to ensure he could meet me at 8am the very next morning to allow me some confidence in my offer to purchase through another real estate agency.   When our offer was successful, it was a no-brainer to list our sale with Riley, who had absolutely gone above & beyond to provide us peace of mind in our purchase with another agency. Interactions with Riley have been comprehensive, professional and both himself and the entire team were very courteous to our shift-work lifestyle when requesting access for private inspections. Riley was very honest and set realistic expectations, which were exceeded by his service and the end result of our sale. Riley exceeded our expectations with our sale price, went the extra mile with the finer details as well to satisfy both parties. Riley continued to help us once the sale was finalised. Most importantly, Riley's demeanor is friendly, accessible and honest. You don't feel as though you are being played by the shiny suit, ie he doesn't make outlandish or unrealistic claims. Lastly, his support team were also great, always willing to help and answer questions. Overall, a refreshing experience. Highly recommend Riley to sell your property.

Melinda was a very professional and honest sales person who was upfront with expectations on sale price. Melinda recommended the sale of the house to the offer we received as it was above our listing price. Melinda also recommended that for some items that needed fixing, rather than fixing before the sale, an agreed reduction of the sale price was achieved.
