I was very impressed with Emily Horan from our first meeting when we discussed leasing our home. As our daughter Claire had lived there for nearly 3 years whilst studying at CQU and was moving back to the Sunshine Coast we were undecided whether to lease or sell our property but after speaking with Emily about our options I felt confident in our decision to have Emily and the leasing team at Ray White Rockhampton manage everything for us. The whole process from our first meeting through to our home being leased has been quick, efficient and with the most amazing communication with Emily at each step than I could have hoped for. Nothing has been a problem at all and during our packing, moving and getting the house ready for leasing Emily assured me to ask about anything even if I felt it may seem like a silly question (I did have a lot of minor questions). This has certainly made our decision to lease worthwhile and so much easier than I ever expected.
