Riley sold our house in 10 days. We were delighted with his communication and professionalism. It was perfection plus. We do not believe that he could have obtained a better price for the sale and the way he handled negotiations with the buyer was exemplary. Having bought and sold a number of houses over the years and experienced a number of agents, I'd put Riley at the top of the list. Originally we listed our house for sale with another real estate agency in Rockhampton. They did get an offer which we accepted but the offer fell through as the buyer could not obtain finance. After another month we terminated the sales agreement as it felt to us they were going through the motions not pushing to get a sale. This other sales agent could take a lot of lessons from Riley on all points of real estate sales. Next time we sell a house in Rockhampton, we will only be calling Riley.

Vicki went above and beyond for us. She was readily available when we needed her, anytime of the day or week. Her local knowledge is a great asset and she was very proactive in making our sale quick and easy process.
