Photos of the house taken were very well done and the advertising was great however the communication was lacking, I felt like I was the one to check in to see how thing were going as I wasn't given updates even though they were promised and in some cases some messages weren't replied to at all. As the home seller I realise my job wasn't large however this was my first sale and a project I had been working on for some time so a little more consideration and understanding in regards to this would have been great.

I cannot recommend Riley enough! His approach was professionally friendly and respectful during every meeting and correspondence throughout the entire sale process. As this was the first property I had sold, he thoroughly explained the steps and made sure I understood and was comfortable with every element. He was respectful and obliging with my preference to have ‘inspections’ over an ‘open house’. As a busy professional, I really appreciated that he was always available to speak ‘after hours’ and on weekends. His team were also amazing, including the marketing photographers. They always respected my home and time. My property attracted multiple written offers within a week of being listed and Riley thoroughly explained the pros and cons of each offer regarding the different conditions that applied (settlement dates, finance, etc). There was a small negotiation with the final contract from the Buyer which, again, Riley thoroughly explained my options and made the experience very professional. I hope all of my future property sales are this professional and hassle-free and completely recommend Riley and his team at Ray White Rockhampton.
