We met Mike at an open house and we arranged for him to come out to our property to give us a valuation and explain the selling process to us (this was our first time). We were so impressed by his marketing strategies and how Mike and his staff follow up with everyone that has been through an inspection of the property (which in our experience wasn't always the case with other selling agents) that we signed immediately with Mike without having any other agents to our house. We were very happy with the photos of our property and Wai's write up for it was great. Mike and Wai were always available to answer any questions we had and guide us through the whole process. We were extremely happy to accept an offer well above our price expectations after our second open house. Mike is a great negotiator and will keep trying to get the best price for a property right up until the last minute. We will definitely use Mike next time we sell and would recommend him to family and friends.

Mike kept us in the loop throughout the sales process, and most importantly was able to achieve our desired price in a short period of time (when other agents couldn't... including the agency that was managing the property as a rental). I was impressed when I saw the photos on the net, the write up was pretty good too! The brochure handed out at the open inspection was top quality. Contact via SMS, email and phone was consistent which was great. Mike's knowledge, marketing strategy and professionalism gave me confidence that our home would be sold quickly.
