Mike has extensive knowledge in the market and my area. Everything we discussed was spot on and he worked very hard to negotiate the price I required. I did interview 2 other prospective agents but they failed to meet my requirements or give me the confidence I needed to move forward with them. As I discussed with Mike I did not need to sell the property but I could just as easily rent it out or stay there, so the right price had to be met for me to sell. It took over 2 days of negotiations to achieve the right price but Mike kept me up to speed as to where we were. The property sold very quickly as the early work put into the pre-sale effort was very good and the advertising was excellent. All in all a very happy customer and would highly recommend Mike and his Team.
