Hard working, enthusiastic, passionate and easy to work with. Our house sold in the first open for more then expected. Best marketing by far out of all the other agencies and having access to an online login to keep track of who came to the opens what their feedback was and how many views online. Mike was recommended by a friend who had many positive experiences selling her properties through Mike. We were not disappointed; Mike is friendly, he communicates well, and by the conclusion of our first meeting, we knew we had chosen well. Mike is certainly knowledgeable with regards to all aspects of the sale process; he knows the local area well and presented as a true professional. Our property was presented to buyers in a well laid out and informative brochure with professional photo's. We were included in all aspects of decision-making regarding the marketing e.g., our approval was sought for photo's, the property description and the general layout of the brochure. During the sale phase we were regularly kept up to date on the progress of the sale via phone, email & SMS. Our property was put on the market at the beginning of the working week, and we had our first open on that weekend which resulted in the sale of our property. Our property was sold within a week of it being on the market and the price was beyond our expectations. There is no doubt, Mike is a winner in terms of property sales, and I would rate him 10/10.
