The property sold after only 2 opens within 7 days of the house being on the market which was very important to us as we wanted a quick sale. The house for well and truly above what we expected it to sell for intact it was 65k over the price we wanted. Mike is very professional and is great to deal with. We originally bought our first house through him 3 years ago and we were so happy that we decided to ask him to sell our house.
