Steve did a great job throughout the entire sales project. He impressed us from the initial phone call and meeting with his unbelievable knowledge of the local real estate area. I was a little concerned selling via auction, but Steve convinced us it was the best way to go, and in hind sight he was correct. He worked tirelessly throughout the whole process and generally kept us well informed of feedback from inspections. Steve has great interpersonal skills and was prepared to go out of his way to help with many of the issues that arose in getting the property prepared for sale, and then transferred to the new buyer. We would have no hesitation in recommending him to any prospective seller in the Centenary area.
