I have transacted many properties in my time and advised on many more transactions of different values and I must say how refreshing it was to deal with a practitioner like Steven. He took onboard my thoughts but also did not hold back in presenting the right advice but also backing it up with information. Some of the other Agents I interviewd had little to no knowledge of the local sales, below the surface detials, nomber of beds, baths, block size etc. I was always informed throughout the campaign and the on-site Auction was seemless. The Auctioneer Steven works with was well informed of the program and not only Steven's but his teams work on the day was exceptional.
