It has been a delight dealing with Tim and Alana during this whole process. Tim has gone over and beyond what I expected from him and was very professional. I believe he represented the best interests for both the buyer and seller which I found to be very rare in this Covid Sellers market. I would happily do business with him again.

Tim and his team can be relied upon to work hard and witrh integrity to get the job done.
Tim and the team really made it easy for me to sell my home at Oxley. As an 86 year old lady things can be a bit daunting for me in this day and age. From the time I was contacted by Time and his people from Ray White I was made to feel confident and at ease that I would be looked after. All the way I was kept in formed of the process and supported in the paperwork and so on. Everything they said they would do they did. At the end of it all the price I received was way above what I expected.

Very helpful and honest
We are very happy with our experience with Ted and definitely recommend him. Being a buyer in this crazy market is very daunting but Ted was so helpful throughout the whole process. Amazing agent and person!!!
Ted is a great agent with a lot of knowledge about the market. It’s my first time selling so I was pretty nervous and overwhelmed about it all. Ted pointed us in the right direction and was honest the entire time. If you want an agent that can give you an honest opinion and will guide you through the sale I can highly recommend Ted.
