Friendly and approachable, but very effective local property expert
tl;dr - as both buyers and vendors Steven is without a doubt the best agent to work with. We've had the pleasure of working with Steven on the sale of our homes twice in recent times. Having spoken with a few; the choice of agent was clear to us when we were listing the first property and strongly confirmed with the excellent sale price. It was a joy selling our home with Steven because he worked tirelessly as an advocate for our property and assisted us with a thorough understanding of the local market. He has expert local property knowledge, which meant that he positioned our house perfectly within the market. So, when it came time to list our current home for sale there was no need to choose - we got Steven straight over for a no fluff appraisal of the house and its position in the market. The house went up for sale and there was an offer in before the for sale sign was even hammered into the ground. A few short days later, during the first open, a number of competing offers were submitted. Steven, true to form, secured a sale for an exceptional price to our ecstatic delight!

Good communication and all round service
Steven is very thorough in all aspects of the sale of my parents' property. From the get-go, there was an open inspection organised for the Saturday 3 days after engaging Steven to sell the property. The property has been sold in a very short period of time (in a market affected by COVID-19), which is a credit to, and a direct result of, Steven's proactive work style.

Professional, personable & honest

Positive Selling Experience with Steven Kremer
Steven was prepared to agree a balanced sliding scale commission structure Once the commission was agreed, Steven undertook an inspection of the property, identified areas to address. He offered an extensive list of tradespeople to attend to any maintenance from gardeners to electricians and photographers. In terms of virtual furniture and fittings in the photographs, Steven employed the 'empty look' and touched up the backyard to resemble a lush green lawn After the property was listed on realestate.com.au, he then leveraged other open houses he was holding, to direct potential buyers to our property. This technique secured a buyer in a week and went under contract almost immediately.

Professional and personable
