Tim and his assistant Alannah met me in my home. They were attentive to information I shared about our home of 25 years. Tim clearly outlined his experience in real estate along with his proposal for marketing our property. I liked his approach. On the day Alannah was at the house with the photographer taking marketing photos one of our rear neighbours called across the fence. He was interested in the house for his daughter and her young family. They asked for a viewing that afternoon.
