Great service, friendly staff, very efficient during the Rental Application process when comparing to other Realestate Office's during my Rental hunt. My Application was processed very fast, over and done with, signed and sealed while other Realestate Office's were only getting back to me a week after inspections and applications were done.

Very knowledgeable property manager and extremely thorough with the finer details making it a smooth transition from my previous real estate to moving over to Mcgrath. She held multiple open days and inspections until we secured the right tenant for the property. Very happy, would recommend!

We’ve been tenants with McGrath Springfield since April 2024, and our experience has been excellent. Our property manager, Dani, has been fantastic with communication, and she has promptly addressed every maintenance request. Recently, we had an issue with the floors where tiles popped up and cracked in the downstairs living area. Dani went above and beyond, consistently responding to our emails and keeping us updated throughout the entire process of the floors being redone. We couldn’t be more appreciative of how smoothly everything was handled. I highly recommend McGrath Springfield's services for anyone looking for reliable and attentive property management.

I have to say our experience was outstanding and returned some of the faith we had lost in people. Josie and Amanda were so fantastic to us. They went out of their way to get us into a property. Other agents during our search were professional, however they didn't seem to care. Josie and Amanda genuinely cared about getting us into the property and I think we can say went out of their way to make it satisfactory for both us and the property owner.
