McGrath Springfield look after my investment property, this property works well without much input from me, the property manager keeps me up to date with any maintenance issues which are always sorted very efficiently. The property recently became vacant and they advised me that they would like to advertise it at a higher rental income, I had to question it because I thought that it was unachievable, the reply I received was "that's what we are here for, we know the market" sure enough within a week or so all the repairs had been done to the house and I Had new tenants who agreed to the rent that the property manager had advised. Keep up the good work.

For the most part they are attentive and easy to deal with. Maintenance is presented and quoted in a timely manner. Swift action on tenant issues including obtaining a quality tenant. Id recommend them to anyone in the market for a managing agent.

The Enrolment process for Kids admission was well organised and very simple and time saving. The front desk staff were very polite and friendly and professional. They guided the process of admissions in a very timely manner and simple way. All the prerequisites for enrolment was well explained and all clarifications was explained professionally. Various information's regarding the school and curriculum was exchanged with us.
