Fantastic Property Manager
Ainsley at McGrath Springfield is doing a great job at managing a complex storm damage issue at our rental property. Her work in dealing with the insurance company, obtaining quotes and managing both myself and the tenants through this has been fantastic. I am confident Ainsley will see this through to a successful conclusion.

Easy and efficient
I’m currently renting my first property with McGrath Springfield, and I can’t be thankful enough with how great they’ve been. From the get go - they’ve been extremely easy to communicate with and are always quick to respond to any questions I’ve had. We’ve had 1 or 2 really minor issues with the property so far and each time they’ve helped my partner and I through these. For a first time renter, I couldn’t ask for more from an agency.

Great rental return and communication
