Hi McGrath Team, Please see the below review. 1. No standard pre-settlement checklist will be given to the landlord/property owner. 2. No handover report or email was given to me after the keys to my property were handed to McGrath. There are no photos of the keys or the remote that was sent to the landlord. 3. The complete entry condition report was not given to me prior to the leasing of the property. 4. Property Me website is down today 14 Nov and I'm not able to access my online account.
