We asked Scott Isaacs to sell our property as the new home we bought was through him, and we were so impressed by his work ethic and professionalism that we knew he was the only agent for us. Scott is that rare breed of agent that treats both buyers and sellers with equal respect. He was upfront with us about what we could expect to sell our home for, and gave us guidance on how to best present it. I announced on the Tuesday that I wanted it on the market for home opens by the weekend. Not only did Scott get the photos, listing, pest and building inspection and draft contracts sorted in time, but went to work with his contacts. We had our first offer on the Friday morning, before the first home open and before the listing had hit allhomes or realestate.com.
