We have bought and sold with Colin on several occasions. On this occasion, as with all others, Colin was very approachable and down to earth. Colin goes out of his way to ensure that you understand the process and feel at ease in what can be a very stressful situation. He also has a wonderful sense of humour! Colin's team were very prepared to take over the process when Colin went on vacation. The situation was not entirely problem free but Kim and Darryl continued to keep us informed and assist us in taking the right steps. We ended up with a great outcome in a short time! We would thoroughly recommend Colin and his team as dependable agents who provide a very professional service. Geoff and Tracey

Betty Wark is one of the best real estate agents I have dealt with. She was always willing and able to answer my questions, even after hours and it didn't matter how silly my questions were. She helped me understand the complete process of buying my latest house and she also had many contacts in relation to trades people, brokers and solicitors. She was focused on the outcome not only for the seller but myself as a buyer and I believe we both got a great deal. I would not hesitate recommending Betty to sell your property. Like I said "Betty is AWESOME". Thank you Betty!!!!!

Colin McIntyre and his team know Tuggeranong real estate. He is a long time local small real estate business, who came highly recommended by a number of friends. Colin and his team were professional, friendly, approachable and supportive and kept us informed about all elements of the sale of our property.

Selling our home of 25 years where we raised our family was always going to be an emotional experience but Colin and his team made the journey easy. They had good market knowledge of our area, listened to what we wanted, always reachable and provided detailed updates after each open house event. No hesitation in recommending McIntyre Property Group to others.

Myself & my partner over the previous few months reached out to McIntyre Property & Maya with the hope of selling our unit. From the moment we spoke with Maya we knew she was the agent for our needs. We spoke with numerous major agencies in the ACT region with their only objective the profits & commissions lining their pockets. Safe to say this wasn't the case with Maya. From date dot with Maya we received nothing but professionalism, attentiveness & service of highest level. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Maya, being responsive to any questions we had via email or phone call. She worked overtime to assist with the sale, emailing & contacting us after business hours on numerous occasions to provide us update, contacting potential buyers in her own time & showed us she genuinely cared for our primary objectives. Would have no hesitation in recommending Maya!

Col and Kim are the perfect examples of diligent, progressive and supportive agents. It is clear from the first meeting they know their stuff. Their advice has proved valuable and their keen awareness of the market helped us achieve our sale in next to no time. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with them both, and we will be referring them to all our friends and family. Thank you so much for helping to make the sale process a stress-free and calming experience.
