Col came out and went through the property with us prior to it going on the market. He made several recommendations about upgrades/improvements we could make to help the sale, all of which we did plus a couple of others we decided on. The house went on the market on Monday with the 1st open house Tuesday, by Saturday it was sold with several buyers vying for the sale.
