A sensible, helpful and all round great Agent
Colin is very helpful and provided great advice and referrals that enabled us to get our place ready for market. We had an offer within days of going on the market and Col negotiated for us and obtained a good price. Brilliant agent, and a really great guy
I purchased a property via auction and Col was the selling agent. I was very nervous and Col took the time to explain the auction process to me, and answered my endless questions with patience and good humour. Nothing was too much trouble, and all the people at the McIntyre agency were the same, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Col leads a very professional and caring team and they make a stressful process as simple and relaxed as possible. Can't recommend Col and his team highly enough.
