Selling my property while 1600kms away was an incredibly daunting task but I was so lucky to find Scott - he's been fantastic! The communication has been outstanding all through the process and Scott not only sold the property within a few weeks, he sold the property for the asking price! Very impressed and very happy with all our dealings!

Colin is very helpful and provided great advice and referrals that enabled us to get our place ready for market. We had an offer within days of going on the market and Col negotiated for us and obtained a good price. Colin is a sensible and down to earth Agent, whom we had used before to buy and sell properties, and will use again. Kimberley was also very pleasant and helpful to work with. Thanks Colin and Kimberley, great team work.

Colin and his team mediated the purchase of a property for us in Canberra. We found them to be professional, punctual, courteous and importantly, good natured. I would recommended them without hesitation.

I purchased a property via auction and Col was the selling agent. I was very nervous and Col took the time to explain the auction process to me, and answered my endless questions with patience and good humour. Nothing was too much trouble, and all the people at the McIntyre agency were the same, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Col leads a very professional and caring team and they make a stressful process as simple and relaxed as possible. Can't recommend Col and his team highly enough.

We chose Colin on a personal recommendation and we are glad that we did. His knowledge of the Tuggeranong market gave us confidence in his sales strategy for our home. His genuine approach and advice was refreshing and we trusted him and his team throughout the entire process.

Colin offers ongoing communication on where he believes the market to be and the buyers he has to work with. Colin is great to work with and will always pick up the phone to answer your questions.
