The only thing we have an issue with is the new application to pay our rent in very unprofessional on their behalf (AILO) takes up to four days for funds to clear and makes no sense as funds are all ways in our account when making payment

Was fairly average, emails and calls would go unanswered, unless property management wanted something. Things like air conditioning didn’t get fixed. And went through a few properties managers without receiving updates that this accorded.
