I had the worst experience with Ray white Pimpama. The property manager who was looking after our property was unprofessional and rude . According to her, garage door repair is not an urgent repair and we can park our cars on the driveway considering there was a storm forecasted with hail within 24 hours. When i didn’t get a response to my email regarding the above , i had to call her up and she gave me a reason that she was out of the office in 32 degrees working very hard and made me realised that she didn’t have time to bother about this. I think she is not the only one on the Gold Coast working hard in the sun. Lastly she refused to handover the spare set of keys to the selling agent saying she has lost the set of keys and don’t know where it is. How irresponsible was that. Not recommending anybody for rent or sell with you guys.
