Total denail when it comes to Health & Safety & security issues & response times are some times shocking & when you move into a property you expect every thing to be in good working order but aren't so they just don't fix all of them problems & inspections every 2 months is way over board & I went out of my way to fix & improve things in the property with out any acknowledgement & new lease increase,s are to the max so there all about $$$$$.
