Tracy Kriwopischin at Remax Extreme Real Estate has been an absolute standout property manager/BDM, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly. From the very beginning, Tracy went above and beyond - personally monitoring the build progress from start to finish and consistently keeping us updated with detailed information and photos. That level of involvement gave us real peace of mind. What truly impressed us was her proactive approach - she was always forward looking to ensure all aspects were covered to allow a seamless experience for both the land lords d and tenants. This led to her identifying suitable tenants even before the property was officially marketed, which made the entire leasing process seamless and efficient. Tracy is an exceptional communicator. She keeps you informed at every stage and genuinely has your best interests at heart, which is something you don’t always find. No request is ever too much trouble - she has been more than accommodating, even carrying out the PCI and handover on our behalf with incredible care and attention, treating the property as if it were her own. Overall, Tracy is a true professional and an absolute pleasure to work with. We feel very fortunate to have had her managing our property.
