I requested additional time to complete the inspection report due to the extremely poor condition of the property. The agent ignored my requests and has done nothing to deal with the disgusting and filthy condition of the home. I had to contact consumer affairs to take legal action, all of this before even moving into the home. Customer service is clearly not part of the service in renting a property.

My long term tenants moved out after 10 years of living in my Innaloo rental. The ReMax crew were screening new tenant applications and running home opens 3 weeks before the old tenants left. Remax shoed the house and screened 6 different prospective tenants who all wanted the house, then presented me with the 6 new options before the old lease expired. maintenance items were covered before the new tenants arrived with the house only being vacant for 1 week. The advertising and home opens for potential new tenants has been carried out quickly high levels of motivation. The screening process for applicants is the most reassuring part of the process with past rental experience, incomes and knowledge of future plans for long or short term contracts.
