We recently commenced using Sarah at Remax to manage our investment property after using a different company for approximately 8 years, immediately we noticed that our property was mismanaged and the previous company apparently was working for out tenants by renting out our property well below market value causing stress for my wife and I. Sarah completed an assessment of the property then rented it out for $200 a week more. This assessment and increase now allows us to continue renting the property and securing our future for retirement.
