Poor communication, lack of accountability. Would not recommend
I am writing this review based on my experience of having REMAX Extreme manage two of my rental properties for over 1.5 years. I strongly caution landlords against using REMAX Extreme's property management services
Initially, their Business Development Manager appeared to be attentive and professional. However, once my properties were under management, they were handed off to a junior property manager. This resulted in poor communication, repeated poor decision-making, and lack of initiative that has costed me both time and money
Landlords should also be cautious of the contract terms. REMAX Extreme locks you into a two-year contract with excessive exit fees for early termination, making it financially unviable to leave even though the service quality does not meet expectations
For any property owners considering their options, I highly recommend exploring other agencies. As of this review, both of my properties are still with REMAX due to their management's demands for excessive "exit fees," making it economically unfeasible for me to transition to another property management agency
