Sarah and her colleagues at Remax have always looked after us very well. Sarah calls or emails us personally and does a great job liaising with the landlord on our behalf. We believe we have a good relationship with our landlord even though we never have direct contact. It is all because of the great work that the Remax team does. This is our longest tenancy and that is due to the fact that the property suits us and the house is effectively managed and all issues are sorted promptly. Many thanks Remax.

As soon as I alerted Melissa that the garage door wasn't opening fully, I had a call minutes later from the repair man! On moving into the property, there was even a welcome box with treats!
