Can't thank my property manager Nicole enough. She is the most efficient, polite, organised property manager I have ever dealt with. Always on top of things and always keeping me informed with developments either by phone or email. She is a delight to deal with. Remax is very lucky to have her on the wonderful team.

They've been quick to address any concerns, big or small, and their responsiveness has been truly impressive. Clearly, they prioritise their clients' needs and are always ready to go the extra mile. One of the standout qualities of the team is their ability to be proactive rather than reactive. They don't wait for issues to escalate; instead, they take preemptive steps to prevent problems from arising in the first place. This has saved me both time and money, which I greatly appreciate. While the property management team has been exceptional overall, there is always room for improvement. I've noticed that the cost of services provided by the tradies they work with can be higher. It would be great if the team could negotiate more aggressively with the tradespeople to ensure I get the best value for my money. I recommend the property management team at RE/MAX Extreme. Their proactive and responsive approach sets them apart, and they genuinely care about the well-being of the property and the owner. While there's a small area for improvement in negotiating with tradies, their dedication to providing top-notch service is evident. OK, let me start off by saying I nearly fell off my chair when I saw the call to review RE/MAX - described as my opportunity to show my gratitude?!? Uhm, really? My gratitude for a paid service? But RE/MAX is free to have gratitude for getting my business :-) The communications I receive from RE/MAX is clear and concise. I have been able to use my statement as is for my ATO submission. Early days, but if it continues on this level, I think we will have a long and trouble-free relationship.
