I have been leasing my property through RE/MAX for over 3 years and dealing with the same property manager in that time. Make it very clear my relationship with RE/MAX Is solely with the property manager Kirsty who has been extremely professional working in my interest at all times. I previously leased the property out myself and found i didnt have time to do inspections nor the ability to address faults and damage done by tenants without getting upset. Putting distance between myself and the tennant has given my life back and ensure the property is maintained at the level it was when it was first leased through RE/MAX.
