What a find!
I cannot recommend the Re/Max Agency enough. From day 1 Leanne and her team have been on the ball, keeping in touch every step of the way by email which was very reassuring as I am not in Australia at the moment. My property was rented with 21 days and everyone worked hard to ensure that the viewing/open days were continuous. Thank you.

Friendly team
Currambine office. The viewing agents who facilitated inspection viewing for potential renters was very friendly. The receptionist was bright bubbly and easy to get along with. The managing agent was quick to respond to requests. The application for a property and signing the lease was easier than I thought. Hopefully it will be a positive relationship during tenancy period.

Breath of fresh air in Perth
Renting in Perth is degrading and humiliating. I've rented all over the eastern states, the UK, Tokyo and never have I experienced such intrusion and mistrust. The agents enter your rental home every 12 weeks to take photos of how you are living for the owners to scrutinise. The usual agent in Perth is arrogant and rude and you never feel like it's home. The agents at remax extreme are respectful, friendly and understanding of the humiliation you feel as a renter having your life style judged. They are efficient and easy to talk to. I have never ever lived anywhere where the agent enters your home to judge your cleanliness.
