I have been supported by Re max for 5-6 years. Tenant changes have all been smooth and prompt. Even in the difficult market to gain tenants two years ago my longest vacancy rate was 6 weeks which I feel was a very short time. Advice on rental rates has helped Quotes for maintenance have always been reasonable and timely, I always get the choice in taking the quote or not.
