We managed to buy this property through the same agents who sold our house. Smooth sailing with Demo and Gareth from their end and even when we had issues with our sale they still kept us in the loop with everything. Loading with the sellers continuously and keeping us updated. Over and above with regards to getting papers signed and dealing with the settlement agents. Would totally recommend these guys to either sell you a home or even put yours on the market. Thanks to Demo and Gareth for all your hard work!!!

It was really nice to have someone on our side & pushing for the best results for us. There were many challenges along the way & at every one of them there were options & answers put forward from Cristina & her team. Cristina was so proactive & motivated throughout the whole campaign I honestly can not think of anything better, it was truly a pleasure, thank you!

From the day we contacted Demo to the signing of contracts and settlement the service was amazing. His attention to detail and professionalism is second to none. Demo was always on the phone making sure we were fine and kept reassuring us that everything was smoothly going through. He promised us that he would get us TOP DOLLAR and he followed through with that. A great guy, amazing agent and We personally have used Demo on a number of occasions to sell and boy… that man can SELL.!! We feel there is no one better in Perth - so we would highly recommend if you want to sell - Look no further than TEAM DEMO. Cheers mate and keep smashing it!!!

I have dealt with Paul when buying my house, and selling the same house 3 and a half years later. Paul has a lot of integrity and is a great communicator. Buying or selling a home is stressful at the best of times, and Paul goes over and above to ensure that a property transaction is mentally and transactionally a smooth transition. He is open, honest and realistic. He cares about both ends of the scale, wether you are a seller or a buyer. I highly recommend him, and he is a good person with the right values.

We live 450 Km from Perth and were looking for a house in the area of Butler. We were visiting the area and contacted several agents to assist in finding an appropriate home. One of those agents was Phil Wiltshire and in discussion indicated significant features we were looking for in our desired house. Within a matter of a week Phil contacted us with information about a home that was coming up for sale which ticked many of the boxes in our list of requirements. Phil had gone out of his way to keep a lookout for such a place and even took us on a video walk-through via "Whatsapp" which led to us placing an offer resulting in a sale. Phil has been an absolute treasure, nothing has been too much of a problem for Phil to do for us particularly as we live a 5 hour journey from Perth. At all times Phil has been empathetic, open, frank and treated us with friendliness and sincerity. He is the consummate professional, committed to doing the absolute best for his client and his sincerity is real. His knowledge of real estate's excellent. His honesty, integrity, interpersonal and communicative skills & professionalism are exceptional. He is an excellent team player in his job & works well with his assistant, Josh Curtis, who has same exceptional attributes, both had assisted us with our real estate needs & have gone beyond their call of duty to ensure that settlement of our home goes through smoothly & gave us lots of support to adjust to our new environment. Both are excellent listeners & work extremely hard. With such exceptional attributes, they are great assets to RE\MAX - EXTREME (CURRUMBINE), & we wish to nominate them for The Golden Real Estate Award. We wish them every success. Thank You Phil & Josh!

This guy is awesome. He responds immediately to answer any enquiry. Once enlisted to sell he explained everything in layman terms, talked you through the whole procedure and was only a phone call away. He negotiated the sale in whirlwind time. If you are looking to sell or buy. I strongly recommend that you contact Phil. Trust me you will not be disappointed.

Demo worked continuously hard to sell my property which we had trouble doing. He went the extra mile and was instrumental on the completion of the sale of my house. Even with the issues we had he was constantly in contact with us and the buyer as well as the settlement agents. Demo has a team mate, Gareth who also was great to do deal with. Always ready to help and kept us in the loop with everything going on. An absolute pleasure to deal with, team demo are exactly that….A TEAM!
