Lookers turned to buyers 🙏🏻
We had the pleasure of dealing with Cristina Botha. From the moment she warmly greeted us at the property door for an inspection… to the time she handed us our new homes keys she was personable, professional and an honour to deal with. Like most property settlements sometimes there are bumps along the way. Cristina guided us through the whole experience and now I sit here in our first home. I wouldn’t purchase from anyone else and I am looking forward to shortly making a second purchase from this amazing realestate team. She has much knowledge and market information and delivers it in a way that kept us interested. We put our trust in such a professional agent that we wouldn’t buy off anyone else. Thank you once again for helping us make our dream of being home owners come true!

it has been good
Everything has been good, but since it's been finalised I've been receiving constant emails asking for a review which I'm fed up with.

Excellent service
We liked Shaun from the start because he was straight up and honest. We contacted him a year prior about selling our property, but he told us the timing wasn’t right for what we needed to achieve, and to hold off for a bit if it was possible. Fast forward a year and Shaun contacted us to say the timing was right. Shaun is very efficient and knowledgeable in his job, and made the process very easy. The house was under offer within a few days, and everything from listing to settlement was very smooth, even with a few COVID hiccups. I wouldn’t hesitate recommended Shaun to anyone looking for an agent.

Professional and supportive
Had trouble with the bank at the last moment. They fell behind on getting the payment done. Demo and his team did everything possible to push the bank to get it sorted with just 10 minutes to spare! Absolute legends. Other than the bank the entire process was stressless and easy. Demo is caring and you can tell he loves his job and helping people. 100% recommend

Great outcome!
The first thing that stood out to us when we first met Phil was his passion for his job. We were also really impressed with Phil's expertise and knowledge and after 2 years of deciding whether to sell our much loved family home we knew Phil was the right agent for us. We felt at ease with him and really valued his honesty but also his drive to get the best outcome for us. And he sure did that - in fact Phil exceeded our expectations with the sale of our home which went under offer after the first home open. Phil is professional, knowledgeable and so helpful - even the little suggestions he makes to showcase your home to it's full potential all add to the package and excellent service that Phil and his team provide. We are so glad you were recommended to us and we will certainly be recommending you to all our family and friends. Now we just need to find our next family home which is something Phil has even offered to help us with! Thanks for everything Phil.
