Can recommend Phil and his team to look after the sale of your property. Initially the whole process seemed quite intimidating and especially getting the property ready for sale but with their help it all went very well and the sale price exceeded expectations which was an added bonus.

Phil works around the clock to ensure people are happy with their selling and buying experience. I have been impressed with his reply efficiency to all matters. Phil is easy going and relatable, giving assurance to those big life changes. I would recommend Phil as an agent to take care of your needs in selling and buying. Phil has an empathy that you would not likely find in today’s market elsewhere, leaving you to feel secure in any investment. Thanks Phil for all you have done to make a smooth transition from home open to settlement process.

There’s are several reasons why we chose Phil as our agent, not only is he hard working and very knowledgeable of the area, he is also very energetic, has a very bubbly personality and always a positive attitude. He went above and beyond our expectations. He gave us the right advice as to how to display our home for the photo shoot and seeing the end results made our house look wonderful. He always kept in regular contact with us so we knew exactly where we stood at all times. Because of all the wonderful and hard work Phil did for us our home was sold within 2 days of it going to market. If you are after the hardest working agent in the Butler area, give Phil a call and I’m sure you will be amazed at what he will do for you.
