Having come across many ‘selling agents’ in our search for our new home, we found Demo honest, open and a pleasure to talk too. During the purchase phase Demo was prompt to respond to questions we had. Great communication, advice and the purchase was without any hiccups. Would highly recommend. Thanks for everything Demo!

From the start as a buyer Phil and his team were very helpful, honest and prompt with returning calls and answering questions. The process of buying a house can be quiet stressful, but with good communication throughout the process I didn’t have any concerns and we could enjoy the experience. If I was to sell a property I’d highly recommend Phil and his team.

Engaged Demo and Gareth at Remax for sale of my home post Divorce. They handled the sale with sensitivity and made the sale stress free and simple. Their estimate on sale price was spot on and they had the house under offer after the first open home at a price we were very happy with. Photos for marketing were well worth the price and made the house stand out online. Demo is a very charismatic salesman and Gareth very thoughtful to the needs of both buyer and seller, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Highly recommend the Remax team for anyone wishing to sell.

Phil has a keen eye for detail. He gave us clear and precise instructions on how best to present our home. He is down to earth and easy going and this reflects with buyers. Phil has an excellent strike rate, there’s a reason he’s the best in the business, he goes over and beyond to make sure you get the best possible outcome. We highly recommend Phil and his team.

Shaun has an excellent knowledge of the market nuances in Quinns Rocks, which has an extremely varied range of properties and price points. Shaun is easygoing and is a friendly, approachable and non-pushy agent who makes you feel at ease both as a seller and a potential buyer (we met Shaun originally as potential buyers). Shaun also provided good advice on readying our property for sale and has been an excellent communicator during the sale and settlement process.
