Team Demo and Gareth were awesome dealing with the sale of our property, achieving a great price for us. Unfortunately our buyers were not the easiest to deal with as they are on the other side of the country and caused us a few issues, but Demo fought through the issues and kept us informed every step of the way, his knowledge and advice was invaluable. You won't be disappointed with Demo and Gareth on your side.

I know Phil for many years and he is still the humble person I got to know when he started off in this industry many years ago. When I met with Phil he was professional and had a non typical salesman approach when dealing with me. I never felt I was negotiating with someone who was just after a sale. Phil's knowledge and his approach to selling my property was outstanding and exceeded my expectations! I would certainly recommend Phil to anyone who may be looking for an honest and outstanding professional to sell or to buy a home from. Phil had the buyer's interest at heart as well which I greatly admired and was always honest and upfront which is difficult to find in this industry. Thanks Phil!

From the very first introduction Demo Foufas was professional, yet approachable, very helpful, honest and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. He was always available to chat to on the phone and genuinely happy to talk you through the requirements of settlement, even when he had told you before!!! We had a sequencing issue of termination of rental lease and Settlement day and Demo happily negotiated an earlier Settlement day to enable a more stress free move. Thankyou Demo and team. We would happily use your agency again and recommend you to family and friends.

Shaun Hayes has made selling our property a relaxing straight forward experience his knowledge of realestate market is second to none. Even after our property was sold in 4DAYS! He didn’t stop there. He has been there to lend a helping hand throughout the settlement period, with any questions and issues we have encountered with the next property we had purchased. I will Definitely be using Shaun in the future and recommending him to familyand friends

All the way back in May, Shaun listed our large 5br in Quinns. We caught the eye of a Sydney buyer with long settlement which was fine with us. Shaun kept in contact with both us & the purchaser during the intervening months, handled some COVID 19 NSW issues & finally settlement last week. Without Shaun keeping in touch continually with both parties this sale could have not gone through. Thank you so much Shaun for all the extra work to make this sale happen. From the 2 very happy downsizes. P & D

The service we received from Phil was beyond our expectations, he was truly helpful, honest and 100% genuine. Phil prides himself to take care of both parties (the buyer and seller), he is very trustworthy and presents himself in a very friendly and approachable manner which stands out from other agents. He is easily contactable and will always call back as soon as possible and doesn't leave you waiting. The whole process of buying a home through Phil went so smoothly and quickly, it was flawless to the point we were surprised. We would like to thank you Phil for selling us our home and it has truly been a pleasure dealing with you. If we ever need an agent in the future then now we know there is only one!

We knew we wanted Demo to sell our house before we even contacted him as we had observed his top results in our area. After we engaged him he didn’t disappoint and continued to impress us the whole way through. Nothing was too much trouble and he always two steps ahead of everyone so our experience was top class. Thanks Demo.

I was impressed with the faster than expected sale of a unique unit. The marketing was exceptional with inspiring photos and ad text targeting prospective buyers. Phil and Josh go the extra mile. They helped with ideas to stage the property, distributing sale flyers in the vicinity and kept me informed along the way. I used Phil and Josh, as together they sold my house earlier in the year after a few hours exposure on the website for a price above my expectations.
