Phil made the whole experience painless and stressfree.
Phil seemed to have good local knowledge and his finger on the pulse of what was selling and at the right price. He seemed confident at the outset and was reassuring to two hesitant sellers like ourselves and that was the reason we chose him. He kept us informed and after only one home open we got an offer and we accepted and Phil was still able to get the buyer to raise their offer slightly to cover settlement fees. At the outset we were dreading the whole thing but Phil reassured us and made the experience run without a hitch. Great professionalism and communication skills and we would not hesitate to recommend Phil to anyone looking to sell or buy a property.
