Excellent service and a trouble free experience.
My experience has been outstanding. From a quick sale ( 1 day advertised on the market and secured an excellent offer), to transitioning the house out of being a rental ( the team were able to secure a new property for my existing tenants), through finalising any finishing touches to the house and on to settlement. Awesome Phil
Phil was awesome from the first phone call I made to enquire about a house that had just been listed. We where starting to think we would never find our dream home. Demo delivers what he promises - Great service, professionalism and sale execution
It was very refreshing sitting down and having a chat to Demo about our plans to sell because he is someone who truly loves what he does. His memory recall of past sale experiences, people he's helped, technical market data and many other things, really underpinned his professional knowledge of real estate. Within minutes it was clear that he was the right person for the job. His selling process was methodical, well planned and well executed.
