We were lucky to have friends who had bought a house off Phil a few years ago and could not have been more happier with his service. our initial contact with Phil was laid back, his knowledge of the local market was brilliant. Unfortunately we did not sign up with Phil then, 8 weeks later we called him and everything he promised us went into full swing, photographs were being taken and we got a call off Phil, could he bring a couple round to have a look before it went on the market.
