Kathy is very professional and has excellent knowledge. Kathy was really helpful from the beginning and right up to the end of our purchase. She quickly arranged a private visit to the property when we enquired (within a hour). All our questions were professionally responded. Our experience with the team at Re/Max was amazing. Thank you Kathy and your team for providing us professionalism and a stress free experience.

Could not have asked for anymore than Phil and Josh did for us during our search for our forever home. After meeting with Phil at a home open a couple of months ago, he always kept us in his thoughts and the support and advice he offered us throughout this period was priceless. Phil and his team kept the process as stress free as possible and we will be forever greatful for his help in finding our forever home.

Paul Walsh delivers well above 5 stars for his ability to always be professional and competent in the process of selling our much loved home. A very down to earth honest Real Estate agent who isn’t pushy and goes above and beyond for his clients. This is our 2nd time using Remax Extreme to sell our property, and we have no hesitation in using them again in the future. Thank you Paul for achieving an amazing result! Sam & Marisa Sangrigoli

Shaun was open and friendly right from the start. We were purchasing from interstate and he helped us to view the property via video call twice. He was very professional in guiding us through the process from bidding stage right through to handing over the keys! He goes above and beyond to be helpful and efficient. I would highly recommend Shaun and the REMAX team, the whole experience was seamless and Shaun was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

We met Demo about a year ago when we started our search so when we found the right house he knew what our situation was and knew what we were looking for. Demo really looked after us and communication was very efficient. made the whole experience worth while!

We had Phill come to appraise our property in 2017. At the time he gave us some of the most honest future focused advice. Don’t sell wait till the market picks up if you can. Fast forward to 2021, I called Phill to let him know we were ready to sell. Even on only meeting us once he knew the house and immediately went into action. Moving back to NZ, it was a tough ask but Phill took absolutely everything on. Again he gave us honest and on the money advice about what we would need to do to fetch the best price. We trusted him implicitly. He sourced AND coordinated all our trades (flooring, painters, deck, maintenance) and within no more than a month we were ready to roll. One open home, and we had an offer! But, again we listened and didn’t take the first offer. Waited knowing we were in a safe pair of hands and he secured an offer well above what we were willing to accept with the week. Phil and his team made selling our home effortless. We can’t thank you enough for literally going above and beyond. If your looking for an agent, STOP and look no further. He is the best in Butler. Forever thankful Jen & Cam

Demo has been part of my real estate journey since emigrating in 2006 - he helped us settle in a foreign country in a beautiful home and recently sold that home to a new family to make memories ! He goes above and beyond !!!! And if you want your home sold fast, at the best price and with a streamlined easy process go to team Demo ! Would recommend every time :)!

Demo and Gareth have been amazing through the whole process of purchasing our new family home, and their after sale care has been a huge difference. I wouldn’t choose anyone else to purchase or sell through. 10/10

Paul Walsh is the polar opposite to the general stereotype of RealEstate Agents. He achieved an outstanding result for the sale of our home. He is a wonderful negotiator , getting the best price possible for his clients, but he does so with a kind and patient demeanour. Nothing is too much trouble for Paul - I don't know of any other agent who would nip out to Bunnings to replace a blown lightbulb for his distant client or sweep leaves from the driveway in our absence. He is utterly professional but kind and thoughtful in all of his communications. We would most highly recommend Paul to anyone looking to sell their home in the Northern Beachside corridor. We are very appreciative of his efforts and his success.
