Kathy is knowledgeable and understands the current market really well. There were moments when I was not sure about the market strategy but in the end, we achieved what she estimated. Just wonder if the traditional method would have achieved better results. I felt she goes the extra step for clients. Overall I am very satisfied with her service. Marnus

In the last 2 years I have had needs of estate agents on 5 occasions. 2 with a sale and 3 with a purchase . I can genuinely say I have not met a better team than Garreth who I mainly dealt with , and Demo. Garreth went above and beyond , very approachable , willing to negotiate and simply put getting a great deal for ourselves and the seller. I was constantly updated on progress and when the alarm failed to work ( unbeknown to us seller wouldn’t pay for it ) they did. Such a refreshing change to have service. BRAVO

I purchased through Demo and found he was very approachable and willing to provide information even if it meant he wasn’t going to win a sale. Having purchased interstate his walkthrough of the property was very thorough and honest. I would be extremely confident to purchase through Demo again.
