During our initial meeting Phil was honest about the changes he’d make to the house in order to maximize the sale potential. We discussed our price point, again, with his honest appraisal, then he gave us a list of potential changes and a list of local providers who could help us then gave us time to make our decision. We incorporated all his suggestions (e.g. de clutter, add some plants, in our case, new carpets throughout etc.) We decided as a team to market it at our ideal price point and see how we went. Our home sold after 5 days with no home opens. Within one week of being listed online, it was under offer at our ideal price point. Phil and Josh were efficient, professional, honest and friendly and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Phil Wiltshire team.
