Phil and his team were knowledgeable and efficient. Phil’s style of marketing is excellent and it’s easy to see which properties he is involved with purely from the quality of the photos and how the homes are presented. We received a top offer within a day and everything went smoothly.

Phil and Josh and their team were very helpful in the transition of sale after lengthy negotiations due to Covid and other delays. Followed up after sale and helpful with other queries. Also liaison with my other agent at Yunderup Reality to assist in a smooth transition.

I recently purchased a home that Phil was the the agent selling the property. From my initial inquiry which Phil responded to immediately, to eventual settlement, Phil was nothing but professional. I met him at the first home open & he came across as being knowledgeable for the area and extremely approachable in the questions I asked. Through no fault of the sellers or their agent, the sale was not as smooth as I had hoped. Phil and his team communicated with me as much as possible in an effort to move the settlement along. I really appreciated this as this was new ground for me & it was good to be explained things as they progressed. I would have no hesitation in recommending Phil to any prospective seller or buyer as you will be in good hands.

Right from my first contact with Cristina she was up front with me and honest about the property I was look at and have now purchased. Really happy with the way Cristina helped me get my new property. Hopefully she will be able to help my friend Chris find a house in Two Rocks.

We met Phil at a home open, and he immediately knew the property was not right for us. After spending 10 minutes having a chat he said he thought he had a property we would love, and we did!! Within 2 hours of our meeting we had an offer in. Phil has been amazing throughout the finance and settlement period, keeping us up to date and his recommendations have been invaluable.

Phil has been nothing but awesome during the whole process of selling our home. From our first meeting, I could tell he was a very genuine guy and he continued to always be really open and honest every step of the way. Phil goes above and beyond and I wouldn’t hesitate in using him again. Would highly highly recommended 😊

What can I say about Phil? He is very approachable and friendly. He takes the time to listen to all your questions and has the knowledge and experience to anwser them. He puts in the hard yards to get alot of potential buyers through and in our case, we got a good bit above our asking price with a cash buyer. Quite frankly my wife and I couldn't have hoped for a better agent and are recommending Phil to any family or friends that are looking to sell. I cant praise him enough. Choose him and you wont regret it!
