We decided to let Phil sell our house in Alkimos because as we were driving around the area we saw a lot of for sale signs with SOLD on them. Folks if you want to sell your house in the Butler area Phil is your man, he informed us on day one what he thought we should sell for, we thought around that mark as well and it sold for that on the exact amount. The service was impeccable from day one to selling which was only 3 weeks by the way. He suggested to us a list of changes, we made of the 9/10 changes, and wow, sold. Could not have got a better agent, I tried 2 previous agents, not from Remax and nothing happened over a 6 month period. We used to rent our house to them when Remax was in Butler but as they moved to Currumbine we thought they were not local anymore, what a huge mistake on my part, Phil and his offsider Josh know their stuff, inside out Phil is a really polite honest and does not give you any B.S you know where you stand from day one.
