Phil has helped us to sell the house whilst we were away working. From taking over the keys we always felt the house was safe and with a few useful tips to maximise the house potential it flew out to sale on first viewing. After contracts were signed Phil still kept us updated and did little things to make the sale go through with no issues. Still haven’t met him in person but I’ll buy him a beer when I do.
