We have rented through remax extreme for the past 2 years and the agency and Shan in particular, has been outstanding. Our last rental was nice and suited our needs however the owner made a quick decision to sell and we had 6 weeks to find an alternative rental. Shan and the team were very helpful and successfully helped us find another tenancy in our suburb. They have always been professional, kind and thoughtful even in the most stressful of times. 10/10 would recommend her and the remax team.

The initial move in period was great with regular updates from application stage onwards, handover was easy and smooth as were the follow up checks once the report was received. I haven’t been a tenant for very long hence why I’m giving 3 stars for now, if over time there are no dramas I will increase that rating. So far my real estate agent seems to be helpful, polite and prompt in her replies. I have no reason to fault her at this point in time.
