From the first meeting it was clear that Phil has a wealth of knowledge of the market, but specifically on the local area. He was professional, warm and friendly and made it easy to understand the process of sale and what we needed to do. Once we made the decision to sell, Phil took the time to bring us up to speed on how the market had moved since our first meeting and set our expectations on what the next few weeks/months might look like.
